Took this charter as a gift for my family as it was a first time in Dubai ! I must say service we were given is absolutely excellent! From the time of the reservation until we left the yacht we were shown what the 5* service looks like ! We were looked after during our 3 hour cruise, guys were super friendly and shown great knowledge of Dubai and had answered every question we had ! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us on Saturday. I had booked a 4 hour cruise to surprise my younger brother for his birthday & he had such a fantastic time. All the guys helped play along and get him to the boat before he even realised the surprise and he was very shocked. The crew were so lovely and helpful and really made the experience special. The boat was spotlessly clean and clearly well looked after. Thank you again for a great day!

When I initially requested a quote for a yacht through the website I was called by Vic. Throughout the process he promised me how good this yacht was and how enjoyable me and my guests will have on it. He didn't disappoint, the yacht was immaculate! Sales process took some time and having to pay half the deposit before hand was inconvenient due to every person paying their way on the day but overall had an excellent time and will defiantly be using this company again.
