We were a group of 3 visiting Dubai for the Christmas period. We enquired at short notice and received an instant booking from Syed. We were greeted by the lovely crew who took care of our every need. The captain was very friendly but also very professional. The cruise was very enjoyable with plenty of time to take pictures. A big thank you for a superb sunset trip. The service was excellent from start to finish, and even though the sea was a bit choppy, making some of our group nervous, the captain was extremely skilful and made sure we were all happy to continue. I had read reviews on Xclusive yachts but nothing beats personal experience. The booking process and communication with costa was effortless. On the day Captain Musa and all members of the crew made us feel very special, all nearly 40 of us. The food was amazing and the vessel was very clean. I truly cannot think of anything to fault the company for. Thanks for making my birthday celebrations memorable!
