The crew offered outstanding service and we really couldn't have asked for more. They were exceptional! From dealing with Omar, to the ladies at reception in the office to the crew on board. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ron and the team of Xclusive Yachts for a pleasurable cruise and a nice evening that our friends and families got to enjoy on 26th December 2015. We were the happy recipients of a warm welcome and breezed through formalities without any hassle. When the sea was a bit rough and sky was overcast, some of us were concerned about the safety aspects. Thanks again to your friendly crew comprising Captain Edison, Qaiser, Gayan & Roy, who were very cordial and accommodative, we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise.
