Excellence service right from the beginning. Prabhu took us to all the Palm landmarks and we got some wonderful pictures. The service and help from the team especially Zaha was phenomenal. Top notch service. Our captain Abdalla and crew mate Bibi were amazing. So professional, friendly and happy to take photos of us that we will cherish for a lifetime. We were eager to swim which they built into our itinerary. I liked that we could connect our phones to play music. There is an area to change on the boat as well as a bathroom. Check in was easy and we were able to purchase a bottle of champagne to have brought on board and enjoy.
