From the minute of enquiry Ron Damon was helpful, efficient and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went well for our Yacht Day. We were met by Ronaldo a VIP Co ordinator who helped us with out luggage and escorted us to our Yacht. Upon arrival we had a red carpet entrance, the crew were helpful the whole time, Joesph and our Captain Pursho were very kind and looked after us. A special mentioned to Novimar who waited on us the whole Day, he is a true asset to Xclusive Yacht.

Superb service. Very nice food.. A-one arrangements. It was just perfect and made our day.. really appreciate the efforts everyone made on the yacht including the captain and all crew members, they were all very nice helpful and yes they really took good care of us. Also Ron who helped with the booking and made me plan the special day, really appreciate his efforts. Great customer service. All the best and keep up the good service.

It was our 1st ever experience of hiring a Yacht . the moment we met John at Pier7 ,He greeted us with a very warm smile and made us feel very comfortable by taking all our hand luggage ...and then taking us to yacht . On entering yacht The captain and the crew made us very comfortable . The crew was very active in servicing and for 3 hours they were on their toes . It was a Zindagi na Mile doobara ....experience for all 7 of us !!!!!
