We booked the four-hour trip to celebrate our daughters' birthday with friends. We did the booking with Ralph, who was very quick to respond to all our queries. Once on the boat, everything was perfect, just as we had wanted it. The yacht was very comfortable and had been decorated for the occasion, the staff was forthcoming to respond to all our needs and the little ones' too. I am trying to find an aspect to be improved and just can't think of anything!

My husband and I had an amazing 4 hour honeymoon charter. We had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end, even before getting on the yacht! Our VIP coordinator, John, was so helpful in escorting us from our taxi to the red carpet entry to the yacht (and even took a great shot of us on said red carpet :p) and again back to the taxi after our cruise! Our crew was Arvin, Butch, and Captain Vadivel and they we're so awesome in showing us Dubai and telling us all about the city.
