Ralph was extremely helpful and was also patient whilst discussing and advising on what was available to us. The boat was spotlessly clean and had been beautifully decorated and we had a very warm welcome aboard by the crew. Throughout the trip the crew on board were extremely helpful serving us our food and drinks, taking photos for us, showing us all the hot spots and seeing to our every need. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Outstanding service.The Balloons were a brilliant touch! We loved them all around the yacht and added that extra special vibe as we sailed around Dubai soaking up the sights of Atlantis The Palm, the Burj Al-Arab etc on our 3 hour cruise. Our Captain was great! All of our crew were extremely professional and attentive. Chef was excellent and took pride in his food which was absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend this company for either business or pleasure! Wow!

The crew took incredible care of us from the very beginning and nothing was too much for them! We had such an amazing trip and did not want the trip to end!
