The day spent on the charter with the team was simply memorable and amazing. Not only was the yacht in pristine conditions, the staff was friendly and supportive and the food we selected from the menu was amazing! Michael, Vilma and Patrick made the day fun and comfortable for my fiancé and I. They were there to assist with any questions we had about Dubai, as well as take photos and ensure we were safe during our boat travels.

From the minute of enquiry Ron Damon was helpful, efficient and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went well for our Yacht Day. We were met by Ronaldo a VIP Co ordinator who helped us with out luggage and escorted us to our Yacht. Upon arrival we had a red carpet entrance, the crew were helpful the whole time, Joesph and our Captain Pursho were very kind and looked after us. A special mentioned to Novimar who waited on us the whole Day, he is a true asset to Xclusive Yacht.

Adam the sales guy went out of his way to help us he is amazing he gave 110% !!!! From the moment I met him till after the cruice he was so helpfull!!! The crew and captain was awesome we had 20 kids onboard and they handeled them brilliantly! Best experience ever!!!
