Our experience with your company was exceptional from the the booking to drop of at our hotel.Your crew were polite,friendly and above all attentive to every detail imaginable especially with 6 girls having a great time! My guests were so impressed with Abdalla that they decided to tip him the most as his approach to hospitality was second to none. He was totally present but did not invade our privacy at all and in fact his attention to every individual was remarkable. He constantly made sure we were comfortable and our drinks were never empty as he quickly figured out what drinks each individual likes and ensured we were topped up at all times and also made sure we had plenty of water and ice packs to keep us cool in the heat!! I could continue to give examples but that would make this email too long so all I would like to say is that he is asset to your company. The yacht was clean and fresh with all the amenities one would like, just like a 5 star hotel. We did not want to disembark!!!! The food was delicious and once again your crew timed it in perfectly with our day. Many thanks to you and your staff for making it the most amazing experience for us.....we are still talking about it.
