I would like to thank the entire team of Xclusive Yachts for making the 15th of March an extremely memorable event for me and my family. The entire crew of Capt. Rama & his team went out of their way to make this happen. A special word of thanks to Ron in sales, for keeping in touch with me throughout the last few days to keep me informed about the weather conditions and for making this happen. I would like to write on how pleased I am with the level of service received on our recent booking and how accommodating and attentive the staff were. I have always used exclusive for all my yacht charters but this occasion exceeded all expectations. Everything was organized to the exact requirements. All ran to schedule and everything was punctual and hassle free.In particular I would like to thank Ron for his assistance in assuring all the last minute touches happened, and ensuring a meet and greet was organized as well as a last minute drop of. His friendliness and professionalism and attentiveness made the day spectacular and both my husband and I had a magical day. Mina who greeted us was professional and friendly and instantly gave the whole experience that edge. She met us on time and took us straight to boat and was there on time to meet us at the end of the trip and escorted us directly to our pick up. On board the experience continued, the service was excellent and all staff polite, friendly and well presented as was the condition of the boat. As always we will continue to use Exclusive and will be the only boat company I will recommend. Thanks again for making the day magical.
