I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding service that Xclusive Yachts personnel provided last week. I chartered a yacht as a surprise for my husband whilst we were visiting Dubai on the 7th September 2015 and very nearly missed our booking due to sleeping through the alarm. After a quick phone call, your staff were very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with from start to finish, including Costa Avdeevskii , Captain Pradeep and the crew Anbazhagan Ramalingam, Priyesh, were very knowledgeable about your company and the boats available and seemed genuinely interested in helping me fulfil a special day rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was able to offer my husband - in his words ''the best day of his life'' and I am very satisfied with what you guys offered. Upon my next trip to Dubai I will be booking another charter, as well as recommend it to others. Please let the team know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. I look forward to visiting Xclusive Yachts again in the not too distant future.
