Thank-you to the Xclusive team for a wonderful afternoon! My brothers 40th Birthday was a big success, he was so pleased and our guests had an amazing time. I actually wished I'd booked for longer! The crew offered outstanding service and we really couldn't have asked for more. They were exceptional! From dealing with Omar, to the ladies at reception in the office to the crew on board. We are now back home in England so I thought I would write to you with my review of our day on our yacht. I would first like to thank Ron for his quotes and organisation through e.mail, he made it so easy to understand and gave very good information and help on everything I asked. It was such a smooth and well organised trip from start to finish. All of my family and i would like to thank Raj our captain as our first part of the trip was very rough due to the weather but he was very professional and once we stopped he was very kind to my Mum who got a little sea sick. The crew were all kind and very nice people who took good care of us all making sure we were comfortable and had drinks and food throughout our trip. We all loved every minute but our favourite part was sailing back through to the marina seeing all those buildings at night was amazing and brought tears to our eyes. The yacht was perfect just the right size for us and was spotless very clean. Please pass on my thank you to everyone involved I would highly recommend anyone to hire a yacht from you. Once again thank you to everyone involved and when we come back to Dubai you are my first call (hopefully the weather will be better)

We had a very nice trip and think the crew pitched it perfectly between being incredibly helpful without being intrusive. The weather was choppy but it was explained to us fully beforehand and that once we got round the palm conditions would improve which was indeed the case. We had 2 young children on board with us and the crew made a special fuss of them which was also a very nice touch. The boat was immaculately clean and well maintained. The price is not the cheapest but on the whole we were very happy with our experience and would definitely use Exclusive yatchs again. Please pass our thanks to the crew and captain again.

We had wonderful time on the trip we took on your yacht Xclusive 10 with our family. I would like to especially thank the captain and the crew of the yacht for all the help they provided in getting my handicapped father on board. They ensured our safety all the time and gave us chance to really relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery both during the day time and at night. We took a plunge in the ocean, sat on the front deck while the captain navigated towards Jumairah Beach at full throttle, and enjoyed the beautiful sunset with songs and little dance on the top deck. Highlight of the trip was our return back to the marina after dark, where we enjoyed the beautiful lighting of the promenade as the captain slowly brought us in. The yacht was very well appointed. The crew took care of our snacks and drinks and provided towels for clean-up after dip in the ocean. We had people of all age groups - from 78 years to 5 years and everyone enjoyed this so much. This was clearly the highlight of our trip to Dubai!

I would like to take this opportunity to say the customer service from your company when our yacht hire had to be rescheduled due to bad weather was great, everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite, courteous and apologetic even though it was out of their control. The crew on the day were brilliant and extremely polite and helpful. We couldn't of been happier with our experience and I personally will be highly recommending your company to anyone I know living or visiting Dubai.

I can't quite believe we have been back in UK for a week! We are missing the warmth of Dubai very much. I have made comments on Tripadvisor of our super experience on board one of your yachts... This was a special day for us as we were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary, and what a lovely way to spend an afternoon with your professional and caring team. We have regaled our stories to all our colleagues at work and have sent your link to 2 of our friends who live in Dubai who will definitely be looking to book with you. We cannot think of any way to improve the service the team provided ... From conversations with Ron, the reception from the ladies as we arrived, to the crew who looked after our every need ...
