Apologies for the delay in writing this, I've been super busy since the party and only just rediscovered your email. I'd like to thank your entire staff for everything they did to make my birthday a truly unique experience, no one on board was left wanting for anything, before we knew we needed something else it was already open and being handed to us. The boat was fantastic in every way. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate! Adam did a great job making sure all this went to plan especially as it was booked a long time ago and a few things changed along the way. Also, big thanks to the very nice lady (who's name escapes me) that met me at the office and assisted with the boarding process! You can rest assured we'll be back again soon... We had a very nice trip and think the crew pitched it perfectly between being incredibly helpful without being intrusive. The weather was choppy but it was explained to us fully beforehand and that once we got round the palm conditions would improve which was indeed the case. We had 2 young children on board with us and the crew made a special fuss of them which was also a very nice touch. The boat was immaculately clean and well maintained. The price is not the cheapest but on the whole we were very happy with our experience and would definitely use Exclusive yatchs again. Please pass our thanks to the crew and captain again.

I have just returned to snow in the UK unfortunately! We all had an amazing day and all of the crew were extremely accommodating with all round excellent service. I really appreciate the voucher that you have given us, we will be sure to revisit next year for another truly memorable day!

We had wonderful time on the trip we took on your yacht Xclusive 10 with our family. I would like to especially thank the captain and the crew of the yacht for all the help they provided in getting my handicapped father on board. They ensured our safety all the time and gave us chance to really relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery both during the day time and at night. We took a plunge in the ocean, sat on the front deck while the captain navigated towards Jumairah Beach at full throttle, and enjoyed the beautiful sunset with songs and little dance on the top deck. Highlight of the trip was our return back to the marina after dark, where we enjoyed the beautiful lighting of the promenade as the captain slowly brought us in. The yacht was very well appointed. The crew took care of our snacks and drinks and provided towels for clean-up after dip in the ocean. We had people of all age groups - from 78 years to 5 years and everyone enjoyed this so much. This was clearly the highlight of our trip to Dubai!

I would like to take this opportunity to say the customer service from your company when our yacht hire had to be rescheduled due to bad weather was great, everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite, courteous and apologetic even though it was out of their control. The crew on the day were brilliant and extremely polite and helpful. We couldn't of been happier with our experience and I personally will be highly recommending your company to anyone I know living or visiting Dubai.
