very happy with the charter, my wife loved her Xmas present. Sales process was straight forward, provided all info needed; follow up information prior to charter via text messages plentiful. At check in office first impression a bit average, not being told what's happening, coming up. Welcome by captain and crew was pleasant. onwards everything was great, service on board, the route, all tremendously enjoyable. Thanks for the pleasant experience. Forget 'cuisine' rating, not applicable
