very happy with the charter, my wife loved her Xmas present. Sales process was straight forward, provided all info needed; follow up information prior to charter via text messages plentiful. At check in office first impression a bit average, not being told what's happening, coming up. Welcome by captain and crew was pleasant. onwards everything was great, service on board, the route, all tremendously enjoyable. Thanks for the pleasant experience. Many thanks from Finnish group. We had a very very nice and relaxing evening with wonderfull Crew Peter and Mel. These two gentlemen really know how to serve and enterntain their guests! We felt very safe inspite of heavy wind. They both were very professional. We Will surely come again!
