My feedback is defintely very positive. the way Rassim handled and managed everything from A to Z is just amazing. he is very professional, helpful with fantastic customer service. The Captain and the crew were extremely professional and did a great job to make our trip a pleasurable one. Thanks for your email. All my guests had a great time and I have to say that the whole evening exceeded my expectation. We had some minor issues in the morning of the trip when Maria called to say the cd player wasnt working and also we were given an incorrect phone number to call when we were dropping off alcohol etc so that the staff could help us carry our items. However, Maria fixed this by offering us a bigger yacht which was very kind. I have to say I was very impressed with how things ran on time for all my guests being able to board the boat etc before my husband and I arrived (it was a birthday surprise for my husband so we needed everything to run smoothly!) Also, the crew we had onboard our boat could not have been better - all were polite, friendly and extremely helpful with absolutely everything. I would personally like to say what a great job they all did and to thank them again for making our experience so special. We will definitely consider taking a yacht with you again in the future! Thanks for everything :-)
