We chartered the 53' yacht as part of my wife's birthday celebration. The booking process with simple, quick responses to any email and a helpful call from Ron to confirm details. On the day we were met at Pier 7 and taken to our yacht. We were not underwhelmed. We were introduced to the captain and crew and quickly settled in, and then were capably looked after for the next 4 hours. Overall the experience greatly enhanced my wife's birthday and I would thank all of the Xclusive family for that

I would highly recommend Xclusive Yachts. The yacht was clean, the staff was kind and professional. There were absolutely no problems. The group of 12 agreed this was the best point of our 6 day Dubai trip. I manage to lose my camera that fell off the yacht into the water which docked at the end of the tour. I was sure my camera was lost. I decided to grab a bite at the Marina Mall and before I could, I received a call that they found my camera in the water and recovered it.

Simply The Best any need it was anticipated by this crew who served us like we were royalty from the food and drinks we brought on board music assistance swimming etc the captain kept us at desired locations as long as we needed wonderful charter. Really Awesome experience enjoyed by all even our seniors who were fearful at first. They enjoyed the use of the bedrooms as well.
