My group and I more than enjoyed our charter. It was a life time memory. From the beginning; booking with Costa to the end of our charter; with the crew the entire process was impeccable. The food from the catering service was nothing short of delicious and enjoyed by everyone in my group. The service I received from Xclusive Yachts is beyond 5 stars. We were treated and attended to at every moment very professionally. The yacht was sparkling clean and it was a delight to be served with refreshments and provide soft clean towels while on board. Rooms and bathrooms aboard were clean and beautifully kept. We felt comfortable the whole ride. Staff aboard was attentive to our every request and questions. They ensured our comfort throughout the charter. I was very pleased with the staff stopping in front of the Atlantis hotel to take a picture of my group. Every minute of the charter was a highlight I can't stress harder how amazing the charter was. I will definitely return and recommend this company to others traveling to Dubai. Thank-you tremendously for a lovely experience.

We all really enjoyed ourself when chartering a yacht from Xclusive Yachts. The customer service from Omar Al Said from day 1 was exceptional. Also the customer service from the Captain Raj, and crew members; John Bryan Rasonabe, Sreejith Gopalan was exceptional. They could not have been any more helpful than they were! They made our day memorable!

We have just returned to the UK from Dubai and would like to take this opportunity to thank you all so much for the wonderful time we spent on the yacht on 6th June. The trip was taken to celebrate my Husband's 60th birthday and was a complete surprise to him. We all had a fantastic trip and cannot praise the captain and crew highly enough.
