My group and I more than enjoyed our charter. It was a life time memory. From the beginning; booking with Costa to the end of our charter; with the crew the entire process was impeccable. The food from the catering service was nothing short of delicious and enjoyed by everyone in my group. The service I received from Xclusive Yachts is beyond 5 stars. We were treated and attended to at every moment very professionally. The yacht was sparkling clean and it was a delight to be served with refreshments and provide soft clean towels while on board. Rooms and bathrooms aboard were clean and beautifully kept. We felt comfortable the whole ride. Staff aboard was attentive to our every request and questions. They ensured our comfort throughout the charter. I was very pleased with the staff stopping in front of the Atlantis hotel to take a picture of my group. Every minute of the charter was a highlight I can't stress harder how amazing the charter was. I will definitely return and recommend this company to others traveling to Dubai.
