I wanted to say a big thank you to xclusive yachts for last Friday, all of the guest had a fabulous time and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I want to say a very big thank you to Captain Eddison and his crew, they were really incredibly good and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Please pass on a thank you and congratulate them on making our trip so fantastic. All of the services offered were perfect, I have no negative feedback at all, and can only suggest you keep doing the great job you all are. This is the second time I have rented from xclusive yachts, and already we have two more dates planned for September and October. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Our experience with your company was exceptional from the the booking to drop of at our hotel.Your crew were polite,friendly and above all attentive to every detail imaginable especially with 6 girls having a great time! My guests were so impressed with Abdalla that they decided to tip him the most as his approach to hospitality was second to none. He was totally present but did not invade our privacy at all and in fact his attention to every individual was remarkable. He constantly made sure we were comfortable and our drinks were never empty as he quickly figured out what drinks each individual likes and ensured we were topped up at all times and also made sure we had plenty of water and ice packs to keep us cool in the heat!! I could continue to give examples but that would make this email too long so all I would like to say is that he is asset to your company. The yacht was clean and fresh with all the amenities one would like, just like a 5 star hotel. We did not want to disembark!!!! The food was delicious and once again your crew timed it in perfectly with our day. Many thanks to you and your staff for making it the most amazing experience for us.....we are still talking about it.

Cha was excellent in assisting me with planning the cruise, responding to emails, and providing all the necessary information to make confirm payment. The experience was excellent. My wife and I really enjoyed our time on the boat and we wish to do it again but for a longer time slot. The Captain and crew member represented your company in a very professional manner. I would definitely prefer to utilize the same two guys on my next booking if they are available. The cake and the flowers were incredible and we appreciate the timeliness of the Rolls-Royce and departure time.
