Had a lovely day onboard Xclusive IV today with the family. Captain Jeson and Sony treated us like pure V.I.P's - 3 hour charter around the Palm with stop at Atlantis and Burj Al Arab and swimming. We would highly recommend the experience if you have a couple of hours to spare in Dubai.

Both members of staff were very friendly and respectful and tried their very best to cater for us in every way. Even when we wanted to swim captain abdullah went to a remote quite location where the water was more shallow. And also him and billy went to one side of the yacht out of respect and let us carry on with swimming and enjoying ourselves respecting our privacy

We had a wonderful experience overall! The whole team enjoyed every second of the tour especially those who were not from Dubai. The food is great too and the whole crew is extremely friendly and accommodating! Everything went smoothly from the time of booking until we exited the port.
