I had opportunity to talk about our fantastic yacht trip with Xclusive Yachts. The crew had taken care of us, explaining all details about interesting points and let us be alone for our private moment in family. For a 4 hour trip i think it's not necessary a full meal like I asked. A simple lunch like sanduiche is enough. Since my first mail, until finish booking the accomplishment was very professional and detailed including phone calls to customer to ensure that everything would be prepared. Thank you very much for all.

We very much enjoyed our trip with Captain James and Elaiyaraja who explained all the safety aspects and the planned route. We were given cold soft drinks as soon as we boarded and snacks. As you may know there was a very special engagement proposal on board. We can all say that the whole trip exceeded our expectations, from the Rolls Royce Phantom collection from our hotel to the red roses, petals, balloons, cake and grape drink. It was more than perfect. There was absolutely nothing the crew could have done to improve, it was more than perfect. We were looked after from the moment of being greeted on the steps and whilst on board, constantly being asked if we needed anything and being supplied with cold drinks, We felt that the whole trip showed professionalism. Adam Raj helped me so much by email and telephone to organise everything down to the last detail. Very much appreciated when I was many miles away in England and at such short notice. Thank you so much for the discount voucher. Jennifer and Kieran have decided to honeymoon back in Dubai, so when the date is booked, they would love to join you again. I will ask my daughter, when we return to England, to put feedback on the internet, as I don't use Facebook etc. Once again, a very very big thank you. Everything you all did as a team was very much appreciated. We have marvellous pictures and memories of our Xclusive Yacht experience.

I'd like to thank Costa and the rest of the Xclusive Yachts team on making my occasion more than special. From start to finish everything went to plan and Costa ensured that the event went as planned for me. Raja and Captain Vadivel were fantastic and couldn't have helped any more if they tried.
