Thanks for your email. All my guests had a great time and I have to say that the whole evening exceeded my expectation. We had some minor issues in the morning of the trip when Maria called to say the cd player wasnt working and also we were given an incorrect phone number to call when we were dropping off alcohol etc so that the staff could help us carry our items. However, Maria fixed this by offering us a bigger yacht which was very kind. I have to say I was very impressed with how things ran on time for all my guests being able to board the boat etc before my husband and I arrived (it was a birthday surprise for my husband so we needed everything to run smoothly!) Also, the crew we had onboard our boat could not have been better - all were polite, friendly and extremely helpful with absolutely everything. I would personally like to say what a great job they all did and to thank them again for making our experience so special. We will definitely consider taking a yacht with you again in the future! Thanks for everything :-)

Everybody who came on our trip thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole experience from booking, answering my million questions, helping decorate the yacht, collecting our items for the yacht, Capt. Lowell, Glen, the chef with amazing food (I had 3 helpings), the trip and docking to swim - everything was an amazing experience enjoyed by all and it made my husbands 50th birthday very memorable. I would highly recommend Xclusive to anyone.
