With regards to our boat tour last Thursday, I would like to extend a huge thank you to your colleagues on board, who were very helpful and accommodating. The ship was clean and the food was of good quality, it was a shame there was so much left afterwards. Even though the weather did not permit the trip around the palm, our guests enjoyed the trip very much and we are looking forward to booking with you in the future.

We had the most wonderful time on our special family occasion, to be honest it was a lot choppier than I was expecting once you got out of the Marina to head to the Burj for example, but once in the lagoon it was marvellous. All of the crew were exceptional and looked after us really really well and I would definitely consider another booking for such an occasion with your company. All of my family said that the trip was the ‘icing on the cake’ for the entire holiday and we all have taken away very special memories ….so thank you. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company to anyone else visiting Dubai

I would like to thank all of the team for an amazing experience on Friday, all of my party thoroughly enjoyed the day. The captain and crew were welcoming and helpful beyond expectations, and made every effort to meet our requests. Everything about the experience from booking to arriving at the yacht club was made smooth and easy, which really took the stress out of organising the day! Once again Xclusive yachts provided first class service. Ron who arranged the booking was extremely helpful throughout the whole process informing us of public holidays and adjusting the date and time as well as organizing a bigger boat for additional persons which we were very grateful for. We also qualified for the Rolls Royce pick up which was awesome and the driver was a great guy. On board the captain and his crew were exceptional like always and couldn't do enough for us. Please thank them all once again on our behalf.

The Captain and Crew were amazing for us. Really friendly and would not allow us to do anything. The service was great and the guests we had with us were very impressed. More so then the previous time. (but think that was more to do with the rough seas we had last time) When the time comes again, we will use you without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you for an enjoyable experience and for the small upgrade to the slightly bigger yacht, which was the same as the first time we used you. Nice surprise.
