Honestly, I can only strongly recommend your services to anybody who wants to rent a boat / yacht in Dubai. Professional from the 1st day speaking to a contact from sales Ron all the way through arrival at Pier7 where the service crew was waiting for us.Aldwin, Clint and Gopi took great care of our guest and Captain Mussa was a true leader on board. I already mentioned to the ParkHyatt event staff that whenever they have guests asking for a boat service to get in touch with Xclusive yachts!!!

Superb service. Very nice food.. A-one arrangements. It was just perfect and made our day.. really appreciate the efforts everyone made on the yacht including the captain and all crew members, they were all very nice helpful and yes they really took good care of us. Also Ron who helped with the booking and made me plan the special day, really appreciate his efforts. Great customer service. All the best and keep up the good service.

Thanks for making our anniversary so special. We arrived in dubia with our family and thought what could we do to celebrate in style. I rang spoke to Vik. he was very informative. We arrived at the marina and was greeted by a lovely guy who took us to the boat. We where overwhelmed by the boat. Red carpet and loads of balloons. Amazing The staff on the boat where very attentive offering us drinks and taking loads of photos Can't wait to go back and hire them again. We had a blast

Vik helped us pick our yacht. He was very supportive and helpful during the entire process. He even extended our time since we got a bit late to board. The crew members in the yacht were extremely professional. They gave us clear instructions and helped us on board with all our needs. 10/10 to the entire team. Great job!

Had a lovely day onboard Xclusive IV today with the family. Captain Jeson and Sony treated us like pure V.I.P's - 3 hour charter around the Palm with stop at Atlantis and Burj Al Arab and swimming. We would highly recommend the experience if you have a couple of hours to spare in Dubai.
