Wellness, Without Leaving the Water
As part of its 50+ events a year, the club runs a dedicated line-up of wellness experiences designed to reset rather than push you harder. Past editions have included:
- Pilates on a Superyacht — full-body pilates sessions on deck, run in partnership with Dubai studio Āsana Pilates.
- Superyacht Workout — a guided fitness session set against open water instead of a studio mirror.
- Stretch and Sail — an assisted stretching experience held onboard M/Y Encore.
- Saddle, Sound & Sunset — a spin-and-sound-bath combination timed to the sunset.
- Breasy Wellness Morning Experience — a breathwork-led session to start the day with intention.
- The Rufescent: Breathwork and Stress Relief Workshop — a dedicated breathwork and stress-relief session hosted in partnership with The Rufescent.
- MHR: Community Run — a group run designed to bring the wellness community together on land before heading back to the water.
These sit alongside the club's wider calendar — including social formats like Forever Summer (Dance Edition) and First Swing: Seoul Edition — so wellness is one thread in a bigger social life, not a separate membership.
Why Wellness on a Yacht Actually Works
There's a reason members keep coming back to the water-based sessions specifically:
- A genuine reset. Whether it's a Superyacht Workout or an assisted Stretch and Sail session, open water and a change of scenery does more for a Sunday morning than a studio with mirrored walls.
- Variety, not repetition. From breathwork with The Rufescent to a spin-and-sound-bath format like Saddle, Sound & Sunset, no two wellness events run the same way.
- Small, intimate groups. Wellness sessions tend to run more intimate than the club's full-deck takeovers, making them easier to settle into if you're joining solo.
- Community that sticks. Many members say the friendships built over a session like the MHR Community Run or a Breasy Wellness Morning carry into the rest of the club's calendar — and beyond it.
- Zero extra cost. Wellness events are part of the same membership as every other event on the calendar — no separate studio fees, no per-class booking.
How Membership Works
Every wellness event is accessed the same way as the rest of the calendar — through membership, not a one-off ticket:
Preferred Membership — AED 10,000/year Full access to the 50+ event calendar, including wellness mornings, with up to 3 bookings per rolling 30 days.
Platinum Membership — AED 15,000/year Everything in Preferred, plus a guest included at every event, priority invitations, up to 6 bookings per rolling 30 days, and a dedicated WhatsApp concierge.
Invitations to wellness sessions land directly on WhatsApp alongside the rest of the club's events — RSVP in two taps, and show up. No mats to source, no admin, no per-session payment.
Who It's For
You don't need to be a fitness enthusiast to get value from the club's wellness line-up. Members range from professionals looking for a slower start to the weekend, to newcomers to Dubai looking for a low-pressure way to meet people. As the club puts it: the water is the backdrop, not the point — the people and the reset are.
