Xclusive Yachts is proud to present our 5* Menus designed by Executive Chef James Knight-Pacheco from the United Kingdom.

James is a celebrity chef with over a decade of experience having worked with industry legends such as Gordon Ramsay, Raymond Blanc, Michael Caines, Jason Atherton, Peter Gorton and Andre Garrett. James has also showcased his own prime time televised show on BBC.
