What safety equipment do you carry onboard?Each yacht carries a full range of safety equipment including, lifejackets, life rings, a life raft and safety flares. The deck crew are trained in First Aid and Safety Drills at sea. Our yachts also carry fire extinguishers, fire blankets and a First Aid Kit.
Additionally, our yachts are equipped with the latest navigation and communication aids including VHF Radios. We meet all UAE Governmental requirements and our equipment is inspected periodically.
How about my privacy on board?We respect your privacy at all times, should you require complete discretion of our crew, we will ensure they stay out of your way.
How many years experience does the crew have?All our crew are well experienced and hold all the required qualifications to perform their duties on board. All of our crew also have fire safety management and first aid survival training.
How much should I tip the yacht's crew?It is common to tip the crew 5% of the charter fee, however the amount is always at your own discretion. The amount is always at your discretion. Feel free to show how much you have appreciated it. You will invariably find that the crew members do work hard for you and appreciate these gratuities.
Should I bring towels?Our boats are like hotel rooms. Your berths are made up. There is a set of fresh towels for all guests onboard should you wish to indulge in some swimming or water sports.
What is the ideal length of a cruise?We recommend all our guests to take at least 4+ hours to enjoy their cruise.
Do I really need to bring ID?To comply with UAE Coastguard Regulations, all cruise passengers must carry proof of identity (Passport, Copy of Passport, or UAE Driving Licence) for inspection prior to departure.
What area will the cruise be covering?This depends on the number of hours and whether you have any particular requirements. The typical cruise covers The Palm Jumeirah, World Islands, The Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina Lagoon.
What if I get sea sick?If you are not too keen on the sea, we have on board sea sickness tablets. These should be taken prior to departure. Please ask the crew, they will be more than happy to assist.
How many people can the yacht carry?This depends on the yacht size. The maximum passenger number is clearly mentioned on the yacht comparison page and must be strictly adhered to for Health and Safety reasons, as stipulated by UAE Regulatory Bodies.
What is the weather is bad?If the weather is moderate we will  perform the charter as close as cruise route as possible. In the event the weather is not suitable for sail a credit note for the charter will be issued against any future date. please see our terms and conditions.
What type of selection do you offer with the lunch / dinner menu?Soft drinks and light refreshments are included however we suggest you add assorted canapes to your charter. We can customize a complete menu to suite your requirements.
Do you offer music on the yacht so that we can arrange a small disco party as well?Yes every yacht is fully equipped with a sound system, which plays audio cd's. Feel free to bring your own music selection.
Is there any thing extra?We have a range of extras including luxury transportation, floral arrangements, birthday cakes, and hostess; please contact us for more information.
Where do I board from?Boarding is from Dubai Marina Yacht Club, located in the Dubai Marina, where we will meet and greet and take you to the yacht.
What time should I arrive?We recommend all guests to arrive at least 30mins prior to departure time, to avoid any delays.
How far in advance do I need to book the yacht?Ideally you should book your charter as soon as possible to avoid non availability.
What are you booking Terms and Conditions?Please read our booking Terms and Conditions. This will need to be signed prior to departure.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit cards, cheques & cash payment. Payments must be made in advance to ensure reservation of date & time.
When will the balance amount be due?The balance payment is due prior to boarding the yacht and should be made payable in form of cash only.
